Timing varies according to project scope, requested changes, receipt of client materials, third-party access, approvals, and customer responsiveness. The estimated schedule for a specific project is stated in its written agreement before payment.
Domain connection and public launch occur after the approved launch requirements have been completed.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because services are customized, refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the applicable written service agreement provided before payment.
Work that has already been completed may not be refundable, except where the applicable agreement or law requires otherwise. Care-plan cancellation requirements and the effect of cancellation on hosted access are disclosed in the applicable agreement.
Late or failed payments may pause or suspend services as described in the applicable agreement. Questions may be submitted before payment by email or phone.
